By using Luto, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Luto grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, modify, distribute, or resell the app without permission.

Luto Pro is available through Apple In-App Purchases. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

Luto is not a medical, dietary, or health-care service. The app and any generated recipes are for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making dietary changes.

Recipes generated by the AI feature are produced by a third-party language model. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or safety. Review ingredients and nutritional information before use.

You may add, import, and export recipes. You retain ownership of content you create and are responsible for ensuring it does not violate any rights or laws.

The Luto app, design, and original content are owned by the developer. All rights reserved.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or misuse the app.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
